Since its launch in August 2013, Charlie, a.k.a. the Mansion, has been one of the go-to for the best bar scenes and the craziest parties in town, but the team was not going to rest on their laurels until they establish Charlie as a true foodie destination. With the launch of their new and exciting dining concept in partnership with Executive Chef Damien Le Bihan, they are well on their way to achieving that ambition.

With the launch of their new and exciting dining concept in partnership with Executive Chef Damien Le Bihan, they are well on their way to achieving that ambition.

Damien Le Bihan started his career in his hometown in Brittany, and after a brief stint in a local kitchen, headed to Paris to join the culinary team of Michel Rostang (2-star Michelin). At Charlie, Damien has curated a menu of no-fuss, easy-to-share, wholesome dishes inspired by the French classics, like French Onion Soup, all sorts of Rillettes and Tartines, Beef Bourguignon and Dover Sole a la Meunierre, and, last but not least, Mousse au Chocolat and Mille Feuille. To him, less is more, he is a firm believer in letting the ingredients do the talking.
