As its name suggests, the Butchers Club knows their meat. From their immensely popular ‘burger joint’ in Hong Kong, where burgers are swiftly sliding off the grill, here in Bali the Butchers Club’s beef-focus goes beyond the bun with their full-on steakhouse. Be it burgers or steaks, this establishment has a strict philosophy; beef quality comes first. The Butchers Club uses premium, 200-day grain-fed Black Angus from Australia – better yet, the beef is then dry-aged for that perfect tenderness and flavour.
Whilst still offering a range of mouth-watering burgers, its the charcoal grill that takes the limelight now, which fires up anything from their 35-Day Dry-Aged Angus Rib Eye, or their lean, mean juicy chicken. Their new menu which comes out in June will feature new, fresh starters, another burger creation, a brand new take on barbecued chicken, lamb shank and a smoked-beef short-rib. More meat on the menu for the carnivores in Bali. Are you one of them?
