Bamboo Chic restaurant at Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran has just recently unveiled their age-old family recipe.
Executive Chef, Justin Wong, will be pleasing appetites with his great grandmother’s Malaysian Seafood Laksa every day for lunch and dinner. Malaysian Seafood Laksa is one of the many traditional Peranakan or Nyonya dishes combining Chinese ingredients with various Malay spices and cooking techniques.
The harmonious marriage of coconut milk, shrimp paste, lemongrass and other fragrant spices creates a rich flavour profile. Chef Justin’s Laksa comes with assorted toppings including boiled prawns, fish balls, hard-boiled quail eggs, vegetables and fresh herbs.
